It’s completely normal to find yourself often feeling tired, stuck or overwhelmed when you’re looking for a way to actually keep your promises to yourself. Your promises to stay aligned with your Radical Purpose and to take better care of yourself. At Turtle Tank, we’re studying how sustainable behavior change actually happens and we’re designing programs to support you on your evolutionary change journey.

After getting direction (from our compass), we typically need to maintain the habits, structures, relationships and ways of working to keep us going in that direction. This is where Radical Flow comes in…
Our new 10-week program - Radical FLOW Deep Dive - will help you sustain your Radical (life) Purpose practice of ongoing (re)alignment and action. You will build personal ecosystems of support that inspire you to live and work as sacred ritual so you can create relationships, art, projects, enterprises and communities rooted in radical love and freedom.
You’ll walk away from this program with a personalized roadmap of the challenges that block your transformation and flow through the stages of creation (aka life, growth, healing) and the strategies that will help you overcome them. Better still, you’ll learn how to use the Radical FLOW framework to navigate through any struggle or challenge your life or work present to you.
The Radical FLOW Deep Dive has lecture-style Concept classes, collective coaching Revelation sessions/Practice classes and structures for accountability and support to help you start and sustain your Radical FLOW habits, rituals and practices.
If you’re like most Turtles/students we’ve been talking to, you started out the Deep Dive feeling excited about your Radical Purpose work. You showed up for the live sessions, watched the recordings when you couldn’t and worked through the exercises we suggested. Then somewhere along the way you lost steam and disengaged from your Radical Purpose work. Maybe you missed some live calls then never caught up with the recordings. Or maybe you got as far as creating your 90-Day OGS then got sucked in by the day-to-day busy-ness of your life and put your love work on the back burner.
You may be thinking that you’re struggling to sustain your Radical Purpose work because you need to be more disciplined. Or that you need to push harder to be better because rest is a form of laziness. Or you may be thinking that you can’t be trusted to prioritize your well-being because you’re not ______ (insert your favorite form of self-criticism) enough.
The truth - that cost me 3 severe burnouts to learn - is that the real reason you’re struggling to live into your Radical Purpose is because you keep mistaking wake-up calls for personality flaws.
Let me explain. Let’s say you have a task on your to-do list that makes your stomach twist and ache when you read it.
If you keep that task on your to-do list hoping and wishing that one day you’ll be “brave” enough to just do it,then you’ve completely missed your body’s call for attention.
What if instead of thinking there was something wrong with you for not doing that task week after week - AND feeling guilty and ashamed each day you left that task undone - what if you were able to listen to what your body was trying to tell you instead?
What I learned the hard way - and many other Turtles have confirmed - is that there’s always a GOOD reason why you’re stuck, procrastinating, Netflixing, zoning out, raging, melting down or burning out.
And whenever I’ve been able to get curious about what that GOOD reason is and withstand the discomfort of abandoning my usual and comfortable defenses, I’ve found a key that unlocked a deeper level of awareness about what I really need and want.
I learned that my stuckness, overwhelm or confusion were indications or internal nudges that I was either trying to do too much too soon or I was trying to do the right things in the wrong order.
What would shift in your life and work if you learned how to read the signs you are getting? WHAT’S A CONCEPT CLASS?
A virtual concept sharing class where we learn about the core concepts of Radical FLOW (the framework, tools and practice)
WHAT’S A PRACTICE CLASS?
A virtual live coaching session where we practice, discuss and provide collective coaching around implementing the Radical FLOW concepts
WHAT’S A JUMPSTART MINI-PROJECT?
A self-designed goal or small project where you take action on your insights from the course and jumpstart your Radical Flow practices.
WE RUN EVERYTHING VIRTUALLY
Our program is held virtually via online education and video conferencing platforms. Yes, live sessions will be recorded though we recommend you show up live to get the most out of this program.

Week 1: Introduction to FLOWductivity
We learn how our responses to stress and challenge impact how we work and how we relate to ourselves and others.
Week 2: Turtle Break - NO CLASSES
An opportunity to practice taking real and effective rest.
Week 3: Signs, Symptoms and Strategies
We learn to identify the signs that show up in our lives when we’re aligned with our Radical Purpose and when we’re not. Then we’ll develop strategies for caring for ourselves in different (sometimes challenging) situations.
Week 4: Identifying Your Root Energy Drain
Identify the root energy-draining circumstance in your life and work that is responsible for most of the draining habits and patterns you maintain.
Week 5: Plug Up Your Root Energy Drain
Develop a 3-phase plan to reduce or remove your Root Energy Drain.
Week 6: Build Your Inspiration Cocoon
Practice building ecosystems that support you to plug up your Root Energy Drain.
Week 7: Design your Jumpstart Mini-Project
Design an effective and stage-appropriate mini-project or goal that will support you with plugging up your Root Energy Drain.
Weeks 8 + 9: NO CLASSES
Work on your Jumpstart Mini-Projects with peer support and accountability.
Week 10: Wisdomize and Integrate
Reflect on and integrate your learning and insights from this program and your Jumpstart project or goal.

As a POC-centered (people of color-centered) community we want to give POC members the option to explore the vulnerable content of Turtle Tank in a space with other POC folks where the focus of the work can be solely rooted in the POC experience. For this reason, we offer 2 cohort options. One mixed (POC + white folks) and another POC Only.
Please note: Mixed Cohorts tend to be majority white folks cohorts as most POC will choose the POC ONLY option. That said, we still give POC the option to join any cohort they want and make decisions that suit their schedules. If you’re a POC and really want a POC experience, please join the POC ONLY cohort.
